Starter provides smaller teams with a structured platform featuring four core workflows. Professional adds the Qualification tool, dashboards, unlimited collaboration and two additional workflows. Advanced adds enterprise-grade security, business units, advanced permissions and unlimited custom workflows for large organisations.
Starter includes 3 seats. Professional includes 5 seats plus unlimited collaborators. Advanced includes 10 seats plus unlimited collaborators. Seats are for the core users who run and manage bids. Collaborators can contribute without taking a seat.
Yes. Many teams start on Starter or Professional and move up as their needs grow. Your configuration and data carry over, so nothing is lost when you upgrade.
Custom workflows are built with our team for processes the standard workflows don't cover. They're available on Advanced, with no limit on how many you create.
