How is Altura priced?

Pricing is based on team size and how you use the platform. All plans run on an annual subscription. Tell us about your team and we'll put together a quote that fits.

What's the difference between Starter, Professional and Advanced?

Starter provides smaller teams with a structured platform featuring four core workflows. Professional adds the Qualification tool, dashboards, unlimited collaboration and two additional workflows. Advanced adds enterprise-grade security, business units, advanced permissions and unlimited custom workflows for large organisations.

How many seats do I get?

Starter includes 3 seats. Professional includes 5 seats plus unlimited collaborators. Advanced includes 10 seats plus unlimited collaborators. Seats are for the core users who run and manage bids. Collaborators can contribute without taking a seat.

Can I upgrade between plans?

Yes. Many teams start on Starter or Professional and move up as their needs grow. Your configuration and data carry over, so nothing is lost when you upgrade.

What are custom workflows?

Custom workflows are built with our team for processes the standard workflows don't cover. They're available on Advanced, with no limit on how many you create.

What does onboarding include?

Every plan includes structured onboarding and Bid Manager training. Starter (4-6 weeks), Professional (6-8 weeks) Advanced (12 weeks) all with a custom onsite training programme.

Is there a minimum contract?

All plans are annual. We want you and your team to get real value from Altura, so we set you up to see results across the year.

Is my data safe?

Yes. Altura is ISO 27001 certified and GDPR compliant, hosted in the EU, and your data is never used for training. See our Security and Trust page for the detail.
